The prototype experience
Molding and refining the material
The material, carefully prepared in the previous step, is shaped with care and then gradually reduced in thickness, a delicate gesture that requires precision and know-how.
Rough cutting
After molding, the material takes shape but still needs to be prepared for machining. It is cut into rough blocks, calibrated blocks that facilitate tool work and ensure that each piece can be transformed accurately.
This step reveals the unique textures and elegant lines characteristic of composites, giving each piece its character and personality.
Machining and final prototype
The machining step transforms the calibrated blocks into finished pieces with extremely fine tolerances.
Before any series launch, we create complete prototypes. This phase is crucial for:
- Verifying perfect mechanical and aesthetic conformity.
- Testing assemblies and functionalities in real conditions.
- Adjusting the final details to ensure a flawless result.
