You have an excellent level in French and have recognized editorial skills to write small articles or reports. You have experience in the industry sector within a small business or SME.
The command of the office pack (word, powerpoint, excel and Outlook) is necessary, you have already used a CRM.
Mission: Versatile, organized, with a real sense of relationship, you will be the focal point of the internal and external life of society. You animate the relationship with our internal team and participate in the flow of information both internally and externally.
You realize, on a daily basis, in total autonomy, varied administrative and secretarial tasks (management of the appointments, meetings, organization of the archiving of documents, reports, etc …).
You accompany the actions of the Management towards the customer base and the base prospects. You check the progress, and in particular, you maintain a regular cycle of contacts / meetings.
Ideally, you monitor budget, place orders, track invoices and their payment.
